Damage Policy
We stand behind all of our merchandise, and back that up with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, call us within 2 business days (48 hours after delivery of receipt and we will take back any or all of the items you purchased, that are not up to your standards.
Restocking Fee
There is a restocking fee of 25%.
If the product is damaged there is no restocking fee
How Do I Return Products?
- Please obtain a Return Authorization number from a customer service representative. Returns will not be accepted without a RA# printed on the outside of the box.
- All returned merchandise must be returned freight prepaid.
- All returns are for credit against future purchases only.
- All returned merchandise must be on the original hanger, poly-bagged and not marked or ticketed in any way. Credit will not be given on marked or store hung merchandise.
